plain-language mechanics

HOLD ANGELS.
MEET THE PAIR.

ANGELS chose a pair. Of course it did.

Most meme coins pair against ordinary crypto assets. ANGELS launches through Longbow on Robinhood Chain paired with the VSCO stock token.

With Longbow Kickback, eligible ANGELS holders can receive the paired VSCO token from ANGELS' share of paired-token trading fees, weighted by how much and how long they held ANGELS during the reward round.

No staking. No 1:1 stock claim. No shareholder rights. No guaranteed reward amount or timing.

What happens each reward round

  • 100% of the creator's share of paired-token trading fees (hook + LP fees) is split across holders each reward round.
  • Allocation is weighted by balance and holding duration during the round.
  • Nothing must be staked.
  • Rewards are denominated in the paired token, not dollars.
  • Larger balances may be delivered automatically; otherwise eligible holders can claim.
  • A publisher calculates rewards from finalized balances.
  • Allocations wait at least 24 hours for review before automated batches send.
  • Rewards depend on trading activity, collector funding, publisher accuracy, contract function and service availability.
  • Amounts and timing are not guaranteed.

What the VSCO stock token is

A third-party token that tracks a stock. It is not the stock, carries no shareholder rights, and may trade away from the stock's price. Robinhood describes its Stock Tokens as tokenized debt securities that provide economic exposure to the underlying stock. They carry jurisdictional restrictions and are not shares.

The pool is not the NYSE

The ANGELS / VSCO pool is not the NYSE. It does not set the price or availability of Victoria's Secret shares. The VSCO stock token's price inside the pool can move away from the stock's exchange price, especially when markets are closed. Two separate markets, one shared color. Once trading opens, the pool numbers live on the homepage.

Where the fees go

Trading fees paid in the VSCO stock token: ANGELS' share goes to eligible holders through Kickback. Trading fees paid in ANGELS: to the project's revenue recipient wallet, published on /verify. The project team controls these wallets and has an economic interest in ANGELS. Fees paid in ANGELS go to the revenue recipient wallet; ANGELS' share of paired-token fees goes to holders through Kickback.
