1. What ANGELS is

ANGELS ($ANGELS) is an independent, internet-native brand built around an original character, Scarlett Saint, and a deliberately obvious cultural pairing: $ANGELS / VSCO. It behaves like a media brand with a market mechanic, not a token with a mascot.

2. Scarlett Saint, the Angels, and the culture

Scarlett Saint is the Lead Angel and the face of the brand. A small supporting cast of original Angels extends the universe once she is recognizable. Recognition comes first; the token lives inside the culture she creates. Screenshots are the marketing department.

3. Longbow launch architecture

Interface: Longbow. Chain: Robinhood Chain. Stack: Longbow → Doppler → Uniswap v4. Launch type: Kickback. Team supply: 0% — all supply goes on the curve. Name, ticker, pair and metadata are fixed at launch.

4. The VSCO pair

ANGELS is paired with the VSCO stock token. A third-party token that tracks a stock. It is not the stock, carries no shareholder rights, and may trade away from the stock's price.

5. Kickback mechanics

With Longbow Kickback, eligible ANGELS holders can receive the paired VSCO token from ANGELS' share of paired-token trading fees, weighted by how much and how long they held ANGELS during the reward round.

• 100% of the creator's share of paired-token trading fees (hook + LP fees) is split across holders each reward round.
• Allocation is weighted by balance and holding duration during the round.
• Nothing must be staked.
• Rewards are denominated in the paired token, not dollars.
• Larger balances may be delivered automatically; otherwise eligible holders can claim.
• A publisher calculates rewards from finalized balances.
• Allocations wait at least 24 hours for review before automated batches send.
• Rewards depend on trading activity, collector funding, publisher accuracy, contract function and service availability.
• Amounts and timing are not guaranteed.

6. What Kickback does not guarantee

No staking. No 1:1 stock claim. No shareholder rights. No guaranteed reward amount or timing. Rewards depend on trading activity, collector funding, publisher accuracy, contract function and Longbow service availability. A round can be small, late, or empty.

7. Stock-token limitations

The paired stock token is a third-party token that tracks a stock. It is not the stock, does not confer shareholder rights, dividends, or voting, and may trade away from the stock's price. Holding ANGELS does not give you shares of anything.

8. Contract verification

The only official token contract, pair contract, Longbow URL and social links are published at angelscoin.vip/verify. Nothing is published before Longbow confirms deployment. If it isn't on angelscoin.vip/verify, it isn't ANGELS.

9. Security

Launch wallet, revenue recipient, site deployment, X credentials and analytics are separated. No private keys live on any server. No AI system holds treasury keys or signs transactions. ANGELS admins will never ask for your seed phrase.

10. Risks

12. Creator and marketing disclosure policy

ANGELS is actively marketed by its team and automated tools. Any creator who receives money, tokens or anything of value discloses it clearly and conspicuously in the post itself, per FTC guidance and X's paid-partnership rules. We do not buy engagement, run bots, inflate metrics, or fake endorsements.
